Muhammad Labs LTD is a UK-registered company. We do not sell, charge for, guarantee, or operate any LinkedIn workplace-verification or employee-verification service for the public.

We do not offer LinkedIn verification or employee verification to UK residents, international persons, or any third party, except in relation to our own company employees where applicable.

Any verification support sold or managed by Hexa Devs is Hexa Devs' service alone. Muhammad Labs does not sell that service directly or indirectly, does not take payment for it, and has no refund policy relating to it.

People with questions, complaints, refund requests, or service issues about LinkedIn verification support must contact Hexa Devs — not Muhammad Labs.

Our former collaboration with Hexa Devs — covering content posting, hiring and job posts, social media marketing, limited operational access, and employee association for our own company context — ended on 10 September 2026 after misuse occurred. From that date, Muhammad Labs has no ongoing collaboration, agency, access arrangement, or commercial relationship with Hexa Devs.

Our business is software engineering, consulting, and related digital services. LinkedIn workplace verification is not part of our commercial service offering.

This notice explains Muhammad Labs’ position regarding LinkedIn workplace verification, employee verification, and any past collaboration with Hexa Devs, including content posting, hiring and job posts, social media marketing, and operational access.

It applies to website visitors, customers, prospective customers, and any person who may have seen Muhammad Labs mentioned in connection with LinkedIn verification or Hexa Devs activity.

Muhammad Labs does not offer LinkedIn workplace verification, employee verification, company-page verification support, or related activation services to the general public.

We do not offer such services to UK persons or to international persons, other than matters involving our own employees and our own company association where that is lawful and internally required.

Muhammad Labs does not sell access to a LinkedIn badge, employment record, verification outcome, or LinkedIn account decision.

Muhammad Labs previously collaborated with Hexa Devs. The collaboration covered content posting, hiring and job posts, social media marketing, and related promotional activity for Muhammad Labs.

As part of that collaboration, Hexa Devs was given access to aspects of Muhammad Labs’ working model and operational setup needed to perform the agreed marketing, hiring, and company-administration tasks, including assisting with adding or associating employees on Muhammad Labs’ behalf in connection with LinkedIn workplace processes for our own company context.

That collaboration did not make Muhammad Labs a seller, reseller, agent, partner for public sales, guarantor, or operator of Hexa Devs’ paid verification-support service.

Hexa Devs independently provided and managed its own support service to its own customers under Hexa Devs’ own terms.

Misuse occurred in connection with the access and collaboration arrangements granted to Hexa Devs. Following that misuse, LinkedIn company Page termination, and related platform events, Muhammad Labs revoked all access and ended the collaboration with Hexa Devs with effect from 10 September 2026.

From 10 September 2026 onwards, Muhammad Labs has no collaboration with Hexa Devs for content posting, hiring or job posts, social media marketing, operational access, workplace verification, employee association, or any related support.

Any access previously granted to Hexa Devs has been revoked. Muhammad Labs does not authorise Hexa Devs to post content, publish jobs, manage social media, use our working model, or act on our behalf.

Muhammad Labs does not sell LinkedIn verification support, does not charge customers for it, and does not receive payment as a seller of that service.

Muhammad Labs does not guarantee LinkedIn activation, approval, duration, expiry, removal, restoration, reactivation, continued visibility, or any LinkedIn decision or timeline.

Muhammad Labs is independent from LinkedIn and is not an authorised LinkedIn verification partner, representative, or affiliate.

References to LinkedIn identify a third-party platform only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Muhammad Labs also has no ownership of, and no continuing commercial link to, Hexa Devs’ verification-support offering.

Because Muhammad Labs does not sell LinkedIn verification or employee-verification services, Muhammad Labs has no refund, replacement, reactivation, or chargeback policy for those services.

Any fee paid to Hexa Devs for administrative or technical support is a matter solely between the payer and Hexa Devs.

Failed activation, rejection, expiry, removal after activation, or inability to restore a verification does not create any refund, replacement, or reactivation obligation for Muhammad Labs.

If your enquiry relates to LinkedIn verification support, eligibility review, configuration, troubleshooting, payment, refund, replacement, reactivation, complaints, or order status connected with Hexa Devs, you must contact Hexa Devs directly.

Do not contact Muhammad Labs expecting us to process, refund, restore, replace, or resolve Hexa Devs verification-support Orders. We do not sell that service directly or indirectly and cannot administer those transactions.

Muhammad Labs may be contacted at contact@muhammadlabs.com only for our own software engineering business, this website, or clarification of this disclaimer — not for Hexa Devs order handling.

LinkedIn owns and controls its platform, company Pages, verification features, eligibility rules, approved domains, display decisions, restrictions, and removal processes.

Muhammad Labs does not control LinkedIn outcomes and is not responsible for LinkedIn actions, policy changes, Page terminations, domain changes, account restrictions, or verification removals that Muhammad Labs did not cause.

Any past employee association, content posting, hiring posts, social media activity, or limited operational cooperation connected with Muhammad Labs’ own company context does not create a public verification service offering, lifetime support promise, or continuing duty to third-party customers of Hexa Devs.

Ending the collaboration on 10 September 2026 means Muhammad Labs has no obligation to reopen, replace, or continue any verification route, marketing arrangement, hiring channel, social media access, or working-model access previously associated with that collaboration.

Muhammad Labs is not responsible for unauthorised or misused use of access, content, job posts, or social media activity carried out during or after the former collaboration beyond what applicable law requires.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muhammad Labs is not liable for loss arising from Hexa Devs’ services, misuse of previously granted access, LinkedIn platform decisions, failed or removed verifications, or any person’s decision to purchase support from Hexa Devs.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Updates do not revive the ended collaboration with Hexa Devs or create a verification service offering by Muhammad Labs.
